CHECK OUT THE NEW TEASER FOR "ANTEBELLUM" starring Janelle Monáe!

Mongrel Media has released the official teaser for directors Gerard Bush and Christopher Renz’s forthcoming horror thriller titled Antebellum, featuring our first look singer-actress Janelle Monáe’s character. Produced by Get Out and Us producer QC Entertainment, the film is slated to hit the theaters on April 24, 2020.

Antebellum will follow the story of successful author Veronica Henley (Janelle Monáe), who finds herself trapped in a horrifying reality and must uncover the mind-bending mystery before it’s too late.

The film will star Janelle Monáe (Hidden Figures), Kiersey Clemons (Sweetheart), Gabourey Sidibe (Precious, American Horror Story), Jena Malone (The Hunger Games trilogy, The Neon Demon), Eric Lange (Narcos), Jack Huston (Ben-Hur), Tongayi Chirisa (Crusoe), Marque Richardson II, Rob Aramayo, and Lily Cowles.
